Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas within Dubai only. We do not ship to other emirates or internationally at this time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders of AED 200 or more. Orders below that have a flat AED 20 delivery fee. Urgent delivery is available for an additional AED 10.
How fast will my order arrive?
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Urgent delivery is available for an additional AED 10.
Can I cancel a cash on delivery order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancelling it or refusing the cash on delivery may result in an AED 20 delivery/return charge. Customers with repeated refused COD orders may be asked to prepay the AED 20 delivery fee before future COD orders are accepted.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery for all orders across Dubai. Online card payment is coming soon.
Can I pay by card on delivery?
No — cash on delivery is cash only. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and status in one place.
How can I track my order?
Use the link on your order confirmation page, or sign in and open My orders to see live status.
Warranty & returns
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, every product includes a 15-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Defective items are replaced or repaired under warranty.
