We do not collect or store card numbers — card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We share only the information needed with our delivery partners and payment processor. We never sell your personal data.
04Security & retention
Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
We keep order records as required by UAE law and delete other data on request.
05Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nexora.ae, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
