0114-day returns
You can return unused items in their original, sealed or complete packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact support@nexora.ae with your order number. We will arrange a free pickup anywhere in Dubai.
02Non-returnable items
Opened hygiene products such as in-ear earbuds, and items damaged through misuse, cannot be returned unless faulty.
03Refunds
Card payments are refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
04Warranty
Every product includes a 15-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
