01About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made on the Nexora Electronics website. By placing an order you agree to them.
02Pricing
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch.
03Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may cancel orders for stock or address issues, with a full refund of any payment made.
04Delivery
Delivery is available within Dubai only. See our Delivery policy for fees and timings.
05Cancellations & cash on delivery
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancelling it or refusing the cash on delivery may result in an AED 20 delivery/return charge.
Customers with repeated refused COD orders may be asked to prepay the AED 20 delivery fee before future COD orders are accepted.
No card or account is charged automatically for cash on delivery orders.
06Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery for all orders within Dubai.
07Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, to the extent permitted by UAE law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
