01Delivery area
We currently deliver to residential and business addresses within the Emirate of Dubai only.
We do not ship to other emirates or internationally. Orders with an address outside Dubai will be cancelled and refunded.
02Delivery fees
Orders with a subtotal of AED 200 or more qualify for free delivery.
Orders below AED 200 are charged a flat delivery fee of AED 20.
Urgent delivery is available for an additional AED 10.
03Delivery times
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.
Urgent delivery is available for an additional AED 10.
Our courier will call you on the mobile number provided before arriving.
04Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready. Payment on delivery is cash only.
Our team may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
05Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to reschedule.
06Cancellations & refused COD deliveries
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancelling it or refusing the cash on delivery may result in an AED 20 delivery/return charge.
Customers with repeated refused COD orders may be asked to prepay the AED 20 delivery fee before future COD orders are accepted.
Cash on delivery orders have no online payment attached, so we never charge a card or account automatically. Any applicable charge is discussed with you directly. To cancel, contact support@nexora.ae or call us with your order number as early as possible.
